Refund Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains refund eligibility and how to request a refund for VPNKind subscriptions. Payment and refund questions are reviewed against verifiable orders, payment records, and support ticket replies in your account. Keep relevant records before submitting a request through the user panel so it can be matched to your payment account.
Refund Window and Eligibility
You can request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. The refund window is based on the record of your first successful payment, not the date you created your account or order, or first connected. Eligible requests do not require proof of dissatisfaction or prior troubleshooting.
Submit a support ticket within the refund window and clearly state that you want a refund. If order verification or follow-up takes the process beyond the window, a request submitted on time will not be treated as late. Renewals, duplicate payments, and upgrade orders do not restart the refund window, which begins with the first payment. You can submit a separate request for review if there was a payment issue.
Usage Records and Exceptional Cases
Connecting normally, switching routes, using different clients, or having already used some traffic does not, by itself, disqualify you from a full refund. The published refund policy sets no traffic deduction rate or usage threshold. A full refund cannot be restricted solely on the grounds that “a lot of traffic was used.”
If records indicate that plan traffic limits were exceeded, an account violation occurred, a payment is disputed, or an order cannot be matched to an account, each issue should be reviewed separately and the basis explained in the support ticket. A vague label such as “unusual activity” is not an adequate explanation, and an unverified violation should not be grounds for denying a refund. Requests based on ordinary use after the refund window are outside this guarantee; you can submit the specific issue for review and receive the outcome through your ticket.
How to Request a Refund and What to Include
Sign in to the account used for payment, open a support ticket in the user panel, select the issue related to your order, and request a refund. Include the order ID, payment date, amount, and payment method. If your account has multiple orders, specify which one to review to avoid processing the wrong order.
If payment succeeded but the order status is incorrect, you can include proof of payment or transaction details. Redact personal information that is not needed for verification from screenshots. Never share your account password, client subscription URL, or payment key. VPNKind does not require an email address; you can continue discussing your refund in the original ticket without providing one separately.
After submitting your request, check the ticket replies and provide any verifiable information needed. Keep all messages about the same issue in the original ticket to preserve the submission time and handling history and make verification easier.
Refunds to the Original Payment Method and Payment Differences
Payments made through Alipay or WeChat Pay are generally refunded through the original payment channel. If that channel cannot process the refund, explain why in your ticket and confirm an alternative method before proceeding. Do not change payment details based on unsolicited private messages, and never pay a fee to receive a refund.
USDT transfers are handled differently from Alipay and WeChat Pay refunds; an ordinary transfer cannot be assumed to be reversible. The original transaction, network, and receiving address must be verified in a support ticket, and you must confirm the details before the refund is sent. Any network fee or change to the amount returned must be explained before processing. Undisclosed fees must not be used to alter the full refund guarantee for eligible requests.
Checking Refund Status and Follow-Up
Request review, refund processing, and funds reaching your account are separate stages. The time it takes depends on order verification and the payment channel; this policy does not promise a fixed arrival time that has not been confirmed. After the refund is processed, check the ticket status and your payment account statement or transaction records. Do not rely on the order status alone to confirm that funds have arrived.
If the ticket says the refund has been processed but you cannot find it, reply in the original ticket with your search results and ask for the refund record to be checked. The reply should also explain how the refund affects the order benefits and subscription status. For information about service use, see the Terms of Service.
