Account Information and Service Records

No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are enough. This service handles usernames, password verification data, and account status to enable login and manage access. An email address is optional. Do not include personal information unrelated to your issue in your username or support ticket.

To provide subscriptions and reconcile accounts, this service retains plan selections, order status, payment results, refund records, and cumulative data usage. Data usage is used for billing and quota management and does not include destinations visited. Support ticket content is used only to address the issue submitted by the user. Do not submit passwords, payment credential keys, or complete subscription links.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

VPNKind does not record which websites users visit over international routes, or retain browsing history, request content, detailed DNS queries, or message content. It does not create activity records that link accounts to destinations visited.

During a connection, the connection state needed to forward data is processed temporarily in working memory and released when the connection ends; it is not retained as connection history. This service does not persist individual connection logs that could be used to reconstruct connection times and destinations. Cumulative account usage and the website's own access analytics serve different purposes and are not used to rebuild browsing activity on the routes.

Site Analytics and Local Storage

Site analytics help us understand page usage and investigate issues. They may include pages visited, referral categories, browser environment, and interaction events. Visits to marketing pages are not the same as websites visited over international routes. Analytics should not contain passwords, authentication credentials, or message content.

Cookies, browser local storage, and session storage are used to maintain login status, save language selections, and retain necessary interface preferences. Users can clear or restrict this data in their browser settings; doing so may require logging in again and reselecting preferences. After signing out or using a shared device, clearing authentication data from that device is recommended.

Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant third-party provider or network, which may process transaction information under its own rules. VPNKind receives the transaction identifier, amount, and payment status needed to verify orders. Users are not required to provide payment account passwords or private keys to this service.

This service does not sell personal information. Relevant data is processed or disclosed only as necessary to fulfill user requests, provide essential technical support, or meet applicable legal obligations, and the scope is limited. Requests to view or delete transaction records retained independently by a third-party payment provider must be made under that provider's rules.

Retention Periods and Deletion Requests

Account information is retained while the account is active and the service is still needed. Order and refund records are retained as required for account reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable law. Support tickets and site analytics are retained only for as long as their purposes require; afterward, they are deleted or aggregated so individuals cannot be identified. Keeping them indefinitely is not the default.

Users can log in to the panel and submit a request to access or correct information, or delete an account, through a support ticket. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Transaction records that must be retained by law will be restricted to the required purposes; backup data is cleared through normal rotation and is not restored for routine use.

Policy Updates and Related Terms

If data uses or service processes change, this policy will be updated on this page and the month at the top will be revised. Significant changes to the scope of data handling will be announced on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is required, continued browsing will not replace the necessary authorization.
